How to Reserve a Puppy with Us?

1. Take a Look at the Breed Info Before You Decide ☺

2. Get in Touch with Us!

You can reach us anytime via Email, WhatsApp, Phone, TikTok, or Facebook. And if you’d like, you can also sign up for our waiting list! If you're not ready for a puppy just yet, or if we don’t have any available at the moment, it’s a great idea to join. Those on the waiting list will be the first to know when a new litter arrives. You'll be the first to hear the good news! ☺ Signing up for the waiting list doesn’t mean you're committed to getting a puppy from us. But if you're ready, feel free to reach out anytime! And if there aren’t any available puppies, we'll add you to the list anyway.

3. Let's Talk It Ove

Choosing a Puppy is an Important Decision
There's no need to overthink it, but we’re sure you have some questions, and we’d love to offer advice. We’re happy to share information about the Cavapoo and Maltipoo breeds, as well as our puppies. We’re friendly, straightforward, and always here to help ☺

4. Making Your Decision and Reserving a Puppy

Once you’ve contacted us, we’ve addressed your questions, built mutual trust, and you’ve decided you’d like to welcome a little companion into your life, you can reserve a puppy with a symbolic deposit. We typically ask for around 10% of the purchase price. At this point, we’ll request your details and provide you with a receipt for the deposit. And then, the exciting wait begins! ☺ Of course, you also have the option to visit us in person and select your puppy. If you can do this, we’d be absolutely thrilled! However, this is only possible when we have available puppies in the kennel. One important note: We only accept deposits for puppies that have already been born. If you're interested in a litter that hasn’t arrived yet but the mother is already pregnant, we won't take a deposit at that stage. We'll add you to our list and keep you informed, but I prefer to wait until the litter is born and healthy before accepting any deposits.

5. The Wait ☺

We usually hand over the puppies at 10 weeks old at the earliest. Both the puppy’s well-being and the new owner’s interests are best served when the puppy is strong and healthy before moving into their forever home. During their time with us, they are raised with love, and we also start potty training them. By the time they reach 10 weeks, your chosen puppy will have received at least 2 vaccinations, one microchip, and multiple deworming treatments, among other things. We understand this is an exciting time, so every couple of weeks, we’ll send you photos or videos so you can watch your little one grow stronger and healthier. International Adoptions: If you're living outside Hungary, we’ll arrange the best travel time for your new Doodle, and we’ll take care of everything until they’re ready to head home with you.

6. Puppy Delivery

If you're able to come to us to pick up your puppy, that’s the best option. We’d be happy to welcome you into our home, and this way you’ll also have the chance to meet the puppy’s parents. However, if you live abroad or can’t make it for any reason, we’re more than happy to assist with the delivery. Within the European Union, puppies can travel from 10 weeks old to some countries, and to others, they can travel from 15 weeks old—along with the required vaccinations, microchip, deworming, and passport. Outside the EU, the minimum age for travel is generally 3 months and 21 days. With 17 years of experience in international transport, we can easily and safely arrange your new companion’s journey. We only work with licensed, reliable, and experienced transport services, ensuring safe delivery by both air and road. Before your new puppy heads your way, they will be examined by a vet to make sure they’re in good health. The journey will only begin once the vet confirms everything is good to go.

7. Puppy Warranty Agreement

After you've reserved your puppy and before you take them home (or before we send them with the transporter), we will prepare a warranty agreement. In most cases, we handle this online, as we have a form available on our website for this purpose.

8. Final Payment

If you come to pick up your puppy in person, you can settle the remaining balance of the purchase price at that time. If we are sending your puppy with a transporter, the full balance must be paid by the week before the puppy's departure. Unfortunately, we do not accept post-departure payments. This is just a policy at our kennel and not meant to be against you.

9. The Puppy Arrives at Your Home

During the first few days, you may have some questions, and we're happy to answer them! It’s important to stick to the food we send with your puppy during this time. It’s not a requirement, but we’d really love it if you could send us a few pictures or videos in the first week. ☺
